AlfonsoGomezBroker.com - Prices of homes in our local market have slowed down a lot. There has been a healthy spike in homes for sale and a bit decrease of home buyers.
Homes are staying on the market just a bit longer and the buyers have more options.
This report does not surprise me one bit. I truly feel that we are closer to a "normal" market than we have been in a very long time.
