Investors are finding that there are slim pickings now-a-days. With home prices increasing and profit margins ever so tightening, investors are keeping their money longer as they wait for the "perfect" score.
Traditional buyers are finding less and less competition from all-cash investors and homes are staying on the market just a bit longer... Can it be... Can it be... a "normal market"... I think so!
